Ottawa & judges dispute if Carney gov’t gave meaningful effect to judicial pay commission’s work
Olga Redko of Montreal’s IMK Advocates told the Federal Court on behalf of the Canadian Superior Courts Judges Association that the federal government may reweigh the evidence and information relied on by the judicial pay commission, ‘but it must explain why it disagrees with the importance that the commission attributes to key elements.’
