She established the Indigenous Advisory Council within MPS, becoming the reconciliation lead in 2023, responsible for ensuring that the recommendations of the Aboriginal Justice Inquiry, the Truth and Reconciliation Committee, and the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls Inquiry were implemented at MPS. Ryle was called to the bar in 2006.
