Mobile wiretaps catch criminals, and everyone else

Whatever its name, the technology is not new. It has likely been used in Canada by law enforcement officials since at least 2005 and has collected a plethora of data about countless individuals, many of whom are of no interest to police. Perhaps most importantly, such technology is being used by law enforcement despite major privacy concerns....
