The appellant knew the holder of one account and was the sole shareholder and director of the corporation that held the other accounts. The net loss was $57,031. At trial, the Crown tendered video stills and video generated by the bank’s surveillance cameras through one of the bank’s employees, a senior investigator with the bank’s security and investigation division. The employee attested that another individual pulled the videos from her precise retrieval requests for information.
