HH described three separate incidents of improper touching in which the accused squeezed her breasts, touched her thigh and her hair in a sexualized manner when HH was between 12 and 14 years of age. In 2008 the accused was convicted of sexually assaulting BH, another young girl. The girl’s mother was also the mother of the accused’s biological daughter. BH was, like HH, in a stepdaughter relationship with the accused at the time that he sexually assaulted her. The accused repeatedly required BH to perform fellatio on him while she was blindfolded with a towel. The accused had his own business. Others depended on him for employment and financial support.
