The Commission issued a notice of hearing to Dunn, alleging that Dunn breached an order of the Commission by acting as a director of two companies when he was prohibited from doing so. The Commission issued a preservation order on January 29, 2021. Dunn applied to the Commission to revoke the order, but that application was dismissed. Leave to appeal the preservation order was granted on September 29, 2021.
