Rogers-Shaw merger approved with 21 conditions aimed at protecting consumers

The approval imposes 21 conditions on the deal, including requirements that Rogers create 3,000 new jobs in Western Canada and invest $1 billion to expand broadband access and 5G mobile service in areas where it is not currently available....
