CRA procedure in denying CRB benefits to business owner was unfair, unreasonable, says Federal Court

The court allowed the appeal in part, ordering that the issue be remitted to the CRA for redetermination but denying the applicant’s request for a determination that he was eligible for benefits under the CRBA. ...
