Police officers received information from two confidential sources (CS1 and CS2) identifying the accused as someone who was involved in the trafficking of crack and powder cocaine. The accused was charged with two counts of possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and one count of possession of proceeds of crime under $5000. He argued that the information provided by C1 and C2 was not credible, compelling or corroborated.
