By John Chunn (August 28, 2023, 4:26 PM EDT) -- On Aug. 28, the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced that Gareth Morley, senior counsel at the Ministry of the Attorney General of British Columbia in Victoria, is appointed a judge of the Supreme Court of British Columbia in Victoria. Justice Morley replaces Justice John Steeves (Victoria), who resigned effective June 11, 2022....
