By Gary Joseph (November 7, 2023, 1:48 PM EST) -- I am writing in response to the recently published “Open Letter to the Legal Community on Pro-Palestine Speech.” Those of you who read my regular articles on this subject are aware of my pro Israel views. However, let me approach this rather flawed letter as a lawyer would an opponent’s argument. As our prime minister often covers up his mistakes with the argument that we have arrived at a teachable moment, let me suggest to my friends who authored the letter that they too perhaps have now arrived at a teachable moment....
