Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench suspends urgent hearing request process

Law360 Canada (July 13, 2020, 11:59 AM EDT) -- With the relaunch of court sittings provincewide, the emergency/urgent hearing request process of the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench has been suspended.

All parties are directed to the court’s remote regular (morning) chambers announcement to schedule a chambers application.

If a chambers date is not available/appropriate, parties may continue to contact the local/regional clerk’s office for assistance. Contact information is available here.
