If judges are biased there, are they biased here? Should we blame the victim?

Either that’s the fault of the judges or the family justice system or the self-reps. The most comfortable explanation is to blame the victim and claim it’s the fault of the self-reps themselves, not us. That’s not only self-serving, but wrong....
