Types of trusts: Testamentary trusts

The reason for this action is once the testator’s estate has been administered and all debts discharged, the estate will be transferred to the legatee. A testator may wish to leave some or all of his/her property on trust. Graduated rate estate, life benefit, qualified disability and spousal or common-law partner trusts are different types of testamentary trusts.
