Fraud extinguishes all claims made by insured against insurer under auto policy, court rules

In Abbas v. Esurance Insurance Co. of Canada, [2023] A.J. No. 111, the insured, Ali Areda Abbas, submitted two claims arising from the same event and insurance policy.
