The properties involved the former family home and a warehouse owned by a family company in which the respondent’s own company previously operated a business. Although the parties recently accepted an offer to purchase the former family home pursuant to an existing order for joint conduct of sale, the claimant still wished to have sole conduct of that sale, to prevent the respondent from engaging in any actions that would thwart its completion.
