I have been silent (in written publication) for some time since my series of “Goodbye Osgoode” articles that were published following the Oct. 7, 2023, massacre in Israel by Hamas. However, developments in all aspects of this crisis have proceeded; some with extraordinary haste. I am, of course, referring to the rapid spread of antisemitism. The consequences of this have now directly impacted York University’s Osgoode Hall Law School....
