By Jasmine Daya (April 25, 2023, 2:50 PM EDT) -- Recently I posted to my LinkedIn page that “The Toronto court is the absolute worst court to deal with and yes, I’m calling them out because staying silent isn’t fixing the problem which has gotten progressively worse over time.” Stating such a bold opinion on social media often results in at least some backlash but not this time, likely because there is consensus amongst the legal community that this is a fact, not just the opinion of one lawyer.
