From the schoolyard to the bench: Bullying in legal profession

According to the Dave Nee Foundation, a think tank for the study of lawyer depression, lawyers experience depression at a rate of 3.6 times greater than the general population. Suicide, the ninth leading cause of death among Canadians, is the third leading cause of death for those in the legal profession. Problematic substance use among lawyers is reportedly double that of the general population....
